Our History
2013
VMMPL was incorporated, initially focusing on the e-commerce sector with the launch of Shopping Jinni.com, offering unique and innovative electronics, sports, gadgets, and home appliances.
2014
Expanded into the manufacturing of roll forming machines, exporting to over 25-30 countries and increasing production capacity to 15-25 machines per year.
2015-2016
Entered the solar energy panel installation industry and electric vehicle charging station market through a joint venture with a sister company.
2017-2018
Introduced a pre-engineered building segment, participating in government and non-government civil construction tenders.
2019
- Launched the manufacturing of high precision parts for aerospace, drones, and CNC centers, catering to the Indian defense sector and machine manufacturing industry.
- Reorganized its business to focus on solar panel installation and distribution for industrial and commercial segments, with plans to expand into residential areas.
2021
Announced the world’s first and largest solar concentrator roll forming machine, designed for solar concentrators. This machine was supplied to Australian companies and an Indian collaborator in Vadodara, Gujarat, becoming the largest and first of its kind globally.
2022
Entered the energy manufacturing sector with the production of solar panel structures, setting up a factory to produce solar strut channels for PAN India solar panel installation companies.
2022-2024
Established a joint venture with a renowned company to manufacture luxury shipping container offices, homes, villas, emergency rescue homes, and homestays.
